- Elite Beach Windscreens are built EXTRA TALL at 42" high using sustainable, durable + water repellent RECYCLED POLYESTER Rip-Stop fabric made from plastic bottles (PET). Each windscreen incorporates the equivalent of 40 recycled plastic water bottles. Because the wood poles are 54" high and we recommend using a rubber mallet when installing the Elite windscreens into the ground. The natural wood poles are best suited for winds up to 10 mph, higher winds may cause the poles to break.
